Yes, it's easier to cut when wet, but just remember not to pull the hair tight when cutting it. Wet hair is springy, and shrinks a bit when dry. So if you cut it wet and are not careful, it can be way shorter than you want (ex. pulling hair to make bangs).

It might be best if you want to cut something drastic just to go to a salon and have it done right. Once hair is cut, it's cut and growing out takes ages.

Wet. Unless it's completely straight to begin with, wetting hair lets you straighten in enough to get an even cut.

You can trim your split ends when your hair is wet so you can see your actual hair length. and be careful that you dont go crazy-like trimming more than one inch off.

It's better to cut your hair when it's wet then dry it until it's barely damp+ coming out as a great look and new hairstyle (kinda)

Usually you'd cut your hair when it's wet, so you can see wear
your dead ends end. Haven't you been to a salon before they always cut your hair when it's wet. Anyway good luck with your hair!!

it is easier if you cut it when it is wet, just remember that when it is wet, it stretches more so do not trim off very much. it could turn out shorter than you thought it would

I would do it while it is wet just know when you dry it it will be a little shorter then it was wet. My hair dresser does mine wet.
