I do believe in miracles, but not in the mystical sense. I think that every time a premature baby gets to grow up, or an elderly man gets a new lease on life due to heart surgery, that it is a miracle. (I know this one's gonna sound lame) Every four years when people can stop wars to play a game of soccer, I think that's a miracle (there I said it)

1 - No I can't answer all your questions, because I'm sure there will be more, but I did go back and answer all of those listed.
2- My opinion of miracles is that they exist but only for those who are wise enough to notice them. A person can either explain them away or accept them as miracles. My opinion is also that the church is suppose to be performing miracles all the time, Jesus said we could, so I wonder why our churches deny that they can be done. It is so sad that in today's world we only think a miracle occurs if it is something that grabs our attention like fireworks. Maybe when we learn to notice all the little miracles all around us, we will teach ourselves to notice the bigger ones.

If there was an e-link here, I would try to answer your other questions.
As for whether or not miracles exist, personally, I have seen things over the course of my life thus far to say that yes, miracles do exist.
But remember, there are events that occur everyday, regardless of a person's specific religious beliefs that are truly extraordinary.
Whether or not you believe them to be miraclous is a question of faith.
Whether or not they really are will be revealed in time.

I believe miracles exist. It is a miracle that we wake up every morning still alive. It is a miracle that the sun rises every morning. It is a miracle when someone recovers from a horrible disease like cancer. Although the miracles today may not be as great as the ones in Jesus's time they are miracles none the less.

Miracles do happen. Many doctors will tell you that people have been prayed for and they were healed of illness or injuries and the healing had nothing to do with medicine or treatment from them. There are other miracles that happen but you don't here about them a whole lot.

I can't promise to answer all your questions but I'll do my best on those I've seen.
When the first baby laughed for the first time, the laugh broke into a thousand pieces, and they all went skipping about. And that was the beginning of fairies. (Finding Neverland)
I quote it because there's a miracle and like others have alluded we must train our eyes to see them. It's like being in the dark for along time, stepping into light. The eyes take time to adjust.
You find a glimmer of happiness in this world, there's always someone who wants to destroy it. (Finding Neverland)
Like everything there are septics. The question must be what do you believe about miracles ?
Do you believe in fairies? Say quick that you believe. If you believe, clap your hands! (Finding Neverland)
