Not really. Most "big guys" would prefer to be left alone.

The only time a big guy normally gets mad is if he gets a smack first. Theirs a couple of exceptions the USSR of the 40s and 50s for instance.
In 1947 everyone thought that the israilies were the little guys not anymore. They get smacked at quite a lot by what seems to be an irrational and divided neighbour who just can't seem to be able to stop having a go!

You have a good example with a big guy ( The U.S.) stomping the little guy, many times.

Great big Granada got clobbered in the 80's.
Nicaragua
Dominican Republic
Panama
Cuba ( it didn't work, tho)
Trying it with Venezuela
Canada--war of 1812 (didn't work)
Iraq-- it's not working
Lebanon--the U.S. suffered a huge loss of soldiers
Somalia--same thing.
Guatemala--for the United Fruit Co. Read your history. Better still, read someone else's history of the event.

A;ways remember the slogan, when All else fails, "Send in the Marines_

There are some really mean bullys in this world.
Because people lets them get by with it.
Get a bunch of guys together and then catch him alone and show him how it feels. Why they get away with it is because smaller guys won't get together and protect each other.
We got tiried of them picking on us and the teachers won't do anything. Met this group of bullys after school and we had baseball bats and worked them over. Then told everyone the girls beat them up. Because some of us was girls.
They didn't give us anymore trouble. They grabbed the girls in the crouch and breasts and thought it was funny.
Beat up little guys. We showed them.
they stopped. Those wine bags went to the teacher after the hell they put us through. We all stuck together and said, there lying.
The teachers believe us or at least felt they deserved it

Actually I think it is more short man syndrome. Short men tend to be more violent to compensate for their lack of height.
