Please tell me the best degragmenter for windonws XP ad your experiances of using it? what about Norton's Speed DIsk?
Any websites about these details or ratings, or reviews?

The one that comes with Windows.
I have never used any other and I certainly don't know any good reason for paying for one.

Click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk Defragmenter. Then click the Defragment button in the dialogue box. You should defragment about once a month.

I have always used the one that comes with XP...never had any problems.

Try "Start" then "Accessories". You should do a "Disc cleanup" first though. I am using Windows 2000 but it should be similar.
