All of the above with the exception of atheists. I've never known any fanatical atheists, but obviously these exist too.

I think atheists are by nature the least fanatical because it's hard to rally around the "anti-cause".....Christians were pretty crazy back in the old days........Muslims, well, they've obviously had their bad moments.......there are a few radical Jewish groups/individuals, maybe it is just that there are only a small percentage of Jews to cause trouble compared to Christians and Muslims........
I have to vote for Christians, not because they are so fanatical now, but historically--the Crusades, the Inquisition......those are BIG fanatical moments.

If you ask me it would have to be the Christians, for thousands of years Christians have been forcing, trying to force, and starting wars in the name of their religion. Not that Jews, or Muslims haven't it just seems that Christians have had more flamboyance in doing this. I don't know where Catholicism would fit into this but for this I would assume that they are categorized as Christian. Now for what seems like most of the known existence of Christianity they have been known to berate other religious beliefs, and have struck down those who are opposed to the way that Christians are accustomed to doing things. Examples: The Crusades, Missionaries to foreign countries that in some cases don't want to be converted, and wait a minute how many forms of Christianity are there. Methodist, Catholic, Lutheran, Jehovah's Witness, and on and on. I mean if they weren't so fanatical couldn't they just decide on one major decisive Unit or whatever. I guess that is enough ranting for now.

It seems none/all are more or less fanatical. Right now all are at war. Except for the atheists that is, different is: they are not a organized group.
Christians with their "leader" G.Bush are, the way I can tell, fanatically involved. Forcing others to join: "Either you are with us, or against us". Catholics with the pope encriminating use of condoms in Africa - causing HIV/Aids to spread to thousands and thousands of poor people. Muslims with their holy war, as we know it - and jews in Israel - jews from all over the world claiming this piece of land they actually not do have right to claim...
It is interesting to acknowledge that most people are not fanatical. They try to live their lives as best they can.

All of them. Anyone who locks on to a certain issue (religious or not, could be political), and is willing to fight for it. Anyone who wants to grab someone and say "Hey, _______ is IMPORTANT!" but finds the rest of the world doesn't quite agree or care. The next choice is to get in someones face about it or decide not to worry about it. Anyone who doesn't have the apathetic/isolationist/hermit instinct has the potential to be a fanatic. After that, it depends on how much the world resists, vs the world being apathetic. The more they resist, the more they talk about the people they are resisting being fanatics. Religions give some reason not to worry about death, so atheists may not fight as hard. "There are no atheists in foxholes"
Strength of belief + Strength of world's resistance = Strength of apparent fanaticism.

Looking at the current world situation there can be no doubt the answer is Muslims. They are the only ones willing to kill anyone who does not agree with their religious beliefs- just look around and u will see this is what is happening.
Its like the Muslim religion has been hijacked by extremist ppl and there is no sane voice left. Even is some sane guy dares to raise his voice he is hounded by the extremists by declaring FATWAs etc.

Well, since the Muslims have a tendancy to blow up people/places/things that do not agree with their 'religion', I would have to go with Islam. Heres the chart as I see it.
Jews- Keep to themselves unless provoked, at which point they use underhanded tactics.
Christians- While not really a violent people, tend to be so over-zealous in their beliefs that they alienate everyone.
Atheists- Are so fanatical that they will actually argue with you that air doesnt exist and then present 'evidence' to support the theory that air is made up by the religious right. At the end of the day, theyre just as wacky as everyone else.
Muslims- Blow up stuff not related to Islam. These creatures actually believe that their Bible rip-off, the Koran, is worth a damn. They believe it so blindly that they are willing to kill everyone including themselves. Muslims are typically Arab and smell really bad as well.

It's all pretty much equal. Extremists of any religion or creed are...shall I say, pretty far off from the center. The little part of your brain where the ego lives dictates egoic behaviors...such as being right/attached about whatever belief/brand/action...And you can expand the categories to political affiliations, consumer trends, and drugs. It is all pretty much dictated by that little place in the brain where the ego lives...and yes, look at history...when will people really get it?
