Scenerio 1: One christian pray to god that his son will not be murdered. But as God given everyone free will, God cannot prevent the murderer from killing his son.

Scenerio 2: A child prays to god that he will not get beaten by his abuser, but as god given everyone free will, god is unable to do anything to prevent the abuser from continuing his abuse.

Scenerio 3: Any soldiers that has been tortured as prisoners of war, you know why god did not help you, he cannot as he has given everyone free will, so he could not interfer with the torturer.

End of the day, why bother praying? Fact is, when it comes to critical situations, God can't help you because he cannot go against his promise of free will.

Yes! My point exactly, prayer is useless. Especially the ones asking to open someone's heart to Jesus. That is directly against our idea of free will and if he could do that, why isn't the whole world christian?

Your answer is much more simple than your question. There has always been, and will always be answers to our prayers.
Do they always coincide with what we ask. No...quite often they are much better.

Yes there have been prisoners of wars that are tortured. But how do we know this? They survived to tell the story. The child may not have the abuser stop after prayer but you can better believe the abuser pays for his sins sooner or later. It is then left up to the child to continue to believe and heal the past.

God does not always intervene on our behalf just because we want him to. The future will only reveal how he answered that prayer.

And God does intervene in so very many cases for those that believe. And for those that do not....they also will be part of his plan.

The purpose of prayer is not to ask for Him to do things for you or expect Him to 'answer' with what you want.

The purpose of prayer is for you to grow spiritually.

Prayer and Free Will are completely different things that do not have anything to do with what God can and can't do. The only thing they have in common, in my opinion, is that God gives people the free will to believe in Him or not and in turn, pray or not pray.

Prayer and belief in God is not a free pass to a perfect sorrow free life.

God is very capable of changing minds and hearts and does often do so. God can bring extreme good out of any bad situation so your arguments are fruitless. God is always near and God hears and answers all prayers. If the answer is not what we pray for, He knows best and His will be done.

Oversimplification does not explain God's way. God works in mysterious ways. We, as human beings, learn (or not) as the lesson is provided. Perhaps there was a reason for the abuse and war you mentioned, perhaps not. As human beings we don't always see the plan. BTW prayer is not 'telling' God what you want and how to get it. Prayer is petitioning for help.

it never said in the bible that praying was for getting your wish to come true. the fact is that prayer does not work at all. god already has a plan in our life. que sera sers. whatever will be, will be. many people including christians think prayer is for getting your wish but its not. the purpose of it is to talk to god.

its kinda confusing to understand but if you really seek truth, then you should talk to you local minister. i dont completely understand it myself but i kinda get it. and oh yea, im not pastor or reverand.

what you say is true but does not prove that there is no god.

Free will is exactly that. Prayer is useless, since there is no one there to hear your prayers nor act upon them. There is no god. As soon as you realize that, the happier and more well adjusted you'll be.

Freewill and praying for HELP are two different things. God can do anything. Yuo're question is pointless.

it seems to me that you are confused with your own truth but that's good because it indicates that you are searching for your own truth. if you like reading, i suggest you read Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch. The scenarios above are explained in the book.
