Don't argue and make big deal of it just say explain why your letting her go, forgive her and say bye.

recent scientific analysis shows that forgiving people is healthy as it doesn't cause any stress. Think of it if you dont forgive you will hold somthing against her youll get angry shel get angry youll hold a grudge against her and build all this stress inside of you and then comes the stress of wishing you hadn't done that or you live with that the rest of your life and won't help wondering if other women will be the same, so it adds more stress.
So apart from the social moral values, forgivness has its health values too. And think of it like this she'll be punished by not having you! so forgive and forget (in your case forgive her and forget her) is a good thing to live by.

Let's be real. You lost it with your wife, and I'm sure she didn't force you into it. If she is so bad why did you marry in the first place. People fail to get to know each other during the dating process. All they think is mmmmmmmm this will be good. Try being friends before lovers.
