Dreaming that you are cheating on your spouse, mate, fiancé, or significant other, suggests feelings of self-guilt and self-betrayal. You may have compromised your beliefs or integrity and/or wasting your energy and time on fruitless endeavors. Alternatively, it reflects the intensity of your sexual passion and exploring areas of your sexuality. It is actually a reaffirmation of your commitment. Furthermore, it is not uncommon for people approaching a wedding to have dreams about erotic experiences with partners other than their intended spouses. Most likely, such dreams represent the newness of your sexual passion. It may also signify anxieties of changing your identity - that of a spouse. Dreaming that your mate, spouse, or significant other is cheating on you indicates your fears of being abandoned. You may feel a lack of attention in the relationship. Alternatively, you may feel that you are not measuring up to the expectations of others. This notion may stem from issues of trust or self-esteem. The dream could also indicate that you are unconsciously picking up hints and cues that your significant other is not being completely truth or is not fully committed in the relationship. Dreaming that you are cheating at a game, suggests that you are not being honest with yourself.

Typically dreams come from your subconscious worries of the day. So either you picked up on something that made you think there is someone else or you realize he is no longer loves you as much as you thought he did so your mind is inventing another person. Perhaps he is no longer that in to you.

a dream usually doesn't mean much. for example, i went and saw superman a few nights ago, the night i saw superman i had a dream about superman. that's doesn't mean that i am going to get super strength or actually meet superman. whatever you're thinking about or worried about when you fall asleep, there is a good chance that you'll dream about it.
if you can't trust your boyfriend you probably get out of that relationship.

Dreams stem from your subconscious mind, therefore, you are probably worrying about him cheating. Just talk to him about it and let him know how you're feeling.

SandyB beat me too it.
Your dream has nothing to do with whether he actually IS cheating (he may or may not be) - but you have trust issues, either about him or about relationships in general.
