Inner peace, love, peace of mind, lack of fear, kindness to all, love, inner beauty, able to practice forgiveness instead of grudges and hatred and the list goes on. Fear of hell is not one of the things that should be on your list when you consider the far greater things that are there. I am a Christian and very intellectual. I also question atheist beliefs of no superior beings and have not been able to understand their thinking. I look at all things analytically including religions. I apoligize for all of the Christians that give snide remarks to all who ask questions. I am so sorry. I hope love will start working in their hearts and souls. Jesus said Himself the healthy have no need for a physician. He did not come for those who had no need for a physician but those who did.

I am a christian person. I am not God. I nor does anyone else on this planet have the right to judge you or anyone else. Your final destination rests solely on God. He will decide whether you go to Hell or Heaven. The Bible teachs that if we believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Savior and that He died on the cross for our sins, we will live in Heaven with Him for all eternity.

God made us all to have choices in our lives. We can choose to believe in God and Jesus or we can choose not too. If you would like more information on Jesus and His life, read Matthew, Mark, Luke and John in the Bible or obtain a booklet of Our Daily Bread.

God knows our hearts and minds and only He knows who is for Him and who is against Him. Mere humans don't know this, whether they are Christians or not.

He's either crazy, a liar, or God incarnate. After eliminating the first two, I was left with the last.

Mark 14:62 And Jesus said, I AM: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. :63 Then the high priest rent his clothes, and saith, What need we any further witnesses? :64 Ye have heard the blasphemy:... [but it was no blasphemy. The Resurrection proved that, and the reaction of His friends AND enemies prove the Resurrection.]
John 5:43 I am come in my Father's name (power), and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, [Mohammed] him ye will receive.
John 8:58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I AM. [THAT was straight up! ]

Yea. Just lie and tell them you are so they will invite you to their Church bake sales for tasty sweets and you can hit on all the sexy ones. But if you really believe in Christianity then just be Christian. It is your choice and so who cares!

My brother is very religious and I am not at all and we love each other and get alon well. I even go to his Church at times. I think it is not true and it gives me nothing but it makes his life complete and he is a part of a great community of honest helpful people so I can't judge and nor do I care to.

He does not judge me and nor do his practitioners. They even let me go to a service hammered.

Life without Jesus is pointless. If you want to live a pointless existence, wasting the precious gift of life that God has given you, then you are free to so. Remember, regardless of your personal beliefs God is still God, he exists and he sets consequences for your actions. A personal belief system cannot divert the power of God acting in your life. That power can act positively or negatively, but it will act upon you. Love Jesus and experience the positive power of God.

Well it won't keep Christian from telling you are going to hell!Seriously you should not unless you really desire it.
Better an atheist who reads the Bible than a Christian that learns nothing. There is still hope for the first.

I'm beginning to wonder why you keep trying to provoke Christians into arguing with you. You don't have to, and I am not going to try to force you. However, I reserve the right not to believe that I am not a direct decendant of poo flinging monkeys, ither.
