i work 7-7 days (d) and nights(n) as follows: (x = off)

sometimes after nights i only sleep til noon so then i,m up from noon til 8am the next day - are u still to eat every 3-4 hrs? how does one follow any sort of diet/routine when their sleep/work hours are all over the map?

Eat small meals or snacks or graze approx every 4 hours in order to keep up your blood sugar. Also drink plenty of healthy fluids like water, juice, etc. Because your schedule is so all over the place, you'll need to maintain some order in your diet.
