I saw the recipe in Hannah Kroegers book on herbal remedies but failed to write it down. It is to purge the body of arthritic deposits. Thought it might be worth a try.

I use this recipe at least once daily, but you can do it 3 times a day for arthritis:

1 Tbs honey
1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
8 oz hot water

2 spoons of Honey, 1 spoon of Vinegar and 8 spoons of Water is a ideal drink preferably when you are hungry or overtired. It provides instant calories and very refreshing if taken in cold water as shown in proportions But the same thing taken on early morning with empty stomach in bearable hot 15 spoons of water, it is good remedy to reduce excess fat-but it has to take for at least three months and check the result. For Diabetic patients Honey is no good. Try this if your Doctor advise you. I have witness good results-instead of taking vinegar, take 1 fresh lime and squeeze in the hot water with honey in it. It is good drink ever for the normal person to evade the accumulating fat.
