I wrote a letter to report the insulting immigration officers at LAX airport, does anyone know where I should send it to? Thanks in advance!

Look us the us customs department. You should send several copies. First to LAX, itself, then send one to the Customs Headquarters for that state, since customs/immigration, is a Federal department. Lastly, send it straight on to Washington D.C. to the department head. You can get all of these addresses off the internet. Make sure all three copies are the same. If you expect them to respond to you then make sure you state that clearly in your letter. You can also contact the American Legion for the particular country that was affected. In fact a letter should go there as well.

Another thing you can do is to send it to the news media. They'll probably eat it up and make it a huge issue. Best of luck to you........

Go to TSA.GOV and you will find the address.
