Even worse is backward baseball hats It is a drag to eat in a nice restaurant and look at the men in hats even worse is sloppy shorts

It's not okay. Men have just become less respectful. Now, don't get me wrong, I am all for being comfy, in fact I hate being too dressy, but once in awhile it's nice. I don't think it would kill those of us who choose comfort over all else to suck it up and dress nice once in awhile, especially in a place where it's expected or at least more appropriate (nice restaurants being one example). Even my husband, who is, shall we say...less than neat... and comes home covered in dirt nine times out of ten, knows to take his hat off in a building. He also knows better than to fight about it with his mother.

I've noticed it's been happening quite a lot too. It seems to be worse in the fast food places. I guess some people think that it's not a "real" restaurant so manners don't count. Personally, I think they're wrong. Hats don't belong in any restaurant.

i say stop being judgmental ... and what you wear doesnt make the person ... the thing about wearing hats more than likely went by the way side when ppl realized how pointless it was not to wear them... kinda like stupid laws that are still around because no one even remembers.... example ..... you cant drag a dead horse down the road on sunday (real law forget where) ... why does it even matter what day it is .... pointless ... just like the "lets not wear hats in the red lobster cause it might offend or look disrespectful" .. .nothing to base the fact that its wrong on ... so we just dont care anymore ... and i think most ppl except it ?

depends which kind of restaurant, perhaps you should try a more upmarket venue, where such hats not be allowed. In general , however, I would say, no matter what you wear, as long as you're enjoying yourself. B blessed!

i'm not large on hats, no. each sometimes on a uncommon party i will positioned on a baseball hat depending, and frequently interior the iciness an proper hat ... yet except that ... you'll by no skill see me in a hat. xoxo ?
