try to meditate instead, or simulate smoking, by taking a deep breath, holding it and then releasing it. what are you smoking anyway...that you would call it a bud

If you tell your doctor they'll give you something to sleep at night. After a week or so you should be able to stop that even. Of course making sure you don't go to bed before you're exhausted might help. Over the counter you can take a couple of Benadryl or Tylenol PM's at night. After a couple of days you should be okay.
Keep strong! Quitting smoking is the hardest thing I have ever done and would never want to do it again. I would rather go through natural childbirth with no pain medication and no baby at the end! than quit smoking again!

Smoking- one easy vice to come and one darn hard vice to go. Try using the patch or try substituting the cigs with something else, just don't get hooked on that too.

Try doing something to keep you busy so you dont' think of it. Maybe one day you will be so tired you will fall asleep without thinking of it.
