im 16 and a smoker and taking a plane ride. I heard you can't bring cigs with you if you are under 18, they will confiscate them during security check, am i right? They fit perfectly in my crotch, think I can pass through with them?

Oh baby put them in the suitcase that you check in! They will not know you are underage if they check your luggage. They put them through a scanner and you do not even have to be around. Do you want to smoke something that has been in your crotch???? Just don't put them in your pocket, take on bag, or purse.

You can't bring lighters through, although the security guys are trying to get this changed because they spend too much time looking for the lighters and this is contradictory to their mission.
Whether or not the cigarettes would pass through the detector without being caught is a moot point; except that it might get you subjected to a full body cavity search. If you accept that risk, go ahead and try it. Otherwise, no one has ever confiscated my cigarettes.

Smart, real smart. They will see the unusual bulge in your crotch and you will face a very strict strip search for that. The only way that you are going to get cigarettes onto that plane is in checked luggage. But I guess somebody that would smoke would also be dumb enough to hide stuff in their crotch going through airport security.

At 16 I would seriously look at quiting, I am not sure, you might get checked for a pat down depending on the x-ray machine or the metal detector's sensitivity, smoke those cigarettes that smell like your sweaty balls! That is just wrong, plus you run the risk of not being able to travel with that airline forever.

Quit smoking, idiot. How smart do you have to be to start in the first place? Ask a person who has smoked for twenty years if they would do it again if they had the chance to go back to sixteen and see what they say. I smoked for 23 years and have been clean for 22 years, I hope I quit soon enough.

If you're going to hide cigarettes on your person, put them in a pocket. Unless you're strip searched, nobody's going to find them. P.S., take the foil out of the package - it's metal, and don't take a lighter.
When you get to wherever you're going, find a drug store and buy the Patch and quit smoking.

you will be right if they are conceiled and you wont go to jail for smuggling cigarettes no matter what age you are you will have no worries i have been sniffed for explosives heaps of times and they never find my cigas or anything else

don't try it now adays security will jack you up for carrying toe nail clippers so carrying contriband your just asking for a cavity search

It will probably work, but are you stupid? If you're not, you will stop smoking. Even if they weren't going to ruin your health(and they are) why would you want to smell like that?
