Yes of course. For general description of the many different blood groups, including but not limited to the traditional blood groups A, B, AB, O and Rh+ and Rh- see the Website below. The blood type "O" means that neither the A nor the B factor have been inherited, so if your blood type is A, B or AB it means one or both of your parents passed down these factors. If you are type O like me, it means that each of your parents had at least one gene for O. If you are Rh+ it means that one or both of your parents carried the Rhesus factor.
There are two main reasons blood groups are important. First, when someone needs a blood transfusion (groups, A, B, AB and O and the Rh groups), they cannot get blood from the wrong donor, or the red cells will clump together and they could die. Second, if an Rh- mother has an Rh+ child her body can develop antibodies against the Rh factor, and it could cause problems for subsequent children.

Sure. Everybody in the family have different blood group e.g if father has O blood group and mother have A blood group, the children will normally have either O or A blood group.

Most definitely genetically possible. My spouse is A Pos, I'm AB Pos, my children are respectively, AB Pos, B Pos, AB Pos, and A Pos. The two middle ones are twins as well, but obviously not identical.

this will happen, especially if your father and mother have different blood group, if you are referring to you immediate family members.
if you are referring to extended family members eg. your auntie and uncle. different blood group is a common issue.
