This is just crap. McDonalds is only "unhealthy" if you eat it every day!!! Use common sense for Gods sake!!! A McDonalds once in a while won'rt kill you.

I am sick of scare mongering these health whackos are trying to force on people. Most of them are glorified anorexics.

I eat McDonalds from time to time and I've never been overweight or unhealthy - I'm former professional dancer!!! I only have it occasionally as a treat and I do eat "healthy" food as well. The key to diet is everything is moderation/.

Ignore people with stupid health food axes to grind, they are paranoid and often are doing themselves real harm by starving their bodies of essential food groups (like dairy proteins etc) because of some crap they read on a holistic website. I have seen anorexics dying because of obsessions with what is "healthy" and what is not and its not pretty. You want a Maccy D's once in a while - have one. Just don't supersize it or eat it every single frickin' day!!!!!

The whole point of that film "supersize me" what that if you do eat it for every single meal you will get very very ill but once in a while won't hurt you. But I take it you have to have a grain of SENSE in your head to understand that and not be caught up in scaremongering.

They are available in the Breakfast menu from 6am (sometimes 5am) until 10.30am (sometimes 11am). They certainly are available freely in the UK, but I've just had a look at the US menu (much more diverse than ours, no fair!!! :p); they do Bacon Egg and cheese bagels and Steak, Egg and Cheese bagel. Interesting! Perhaps you could get the steak replaced with a sausage from the McMuffins, if you prefer. I'm sure they'll be able to do that. :)

I don't think it is that unhealthy. I watched "Super Size" and then went to McDonalds afterwards. Get your bagel and get me a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin. If you do things in moderation, it is okay.

Everytime I eat fast food, all the food tastes the same, it bloats my stomach and dont really get full. I prefer an egg sandwich from a deli or bagel shop. For fast food, I only like Subway or Quiznos.

If McDonald's is really as unhealthy as some so called expert nutritionist claim, there wouldn't ne enough cemetary space to bury those who have already died from eating there day after day, year after year. If you eat everything in moderation, you should have to worry about what those self proclaimed food gurus have to say.

Yes. I was planning to live until I was 200 years old...but I like McDonald's a lot...so I probably won't make it past 100.

Sounds good. Go ahead...enjoy.
As long as you don't make a regular habit of it, you'll be fine.
Moderation in everything, is the key to being healthy. An occasional indulgence won't hurt you one bit.

OF COURSE!!!! ALL FAST FOOD IS UNHEALTHY.
JUST GO THEIR WEBSITE AND LOOK AT THE INGREDIENTS IN THERE.!!!
MAKE YOUR OWN BREAKFAST RIGHT NOW:
FRUIT, EGGS, TOAST, ORANGE JUICE ( NO BACON, AND NO SAUSAGE)!

DIDNT YOU SEE THAT PEOPLE ARE SUING FAST FOOD NOW BLAMING THAT THEY ARE FAT BECAUSE THEY(THE ONES SUING) ARE EATING AT FAST FOOD!!!
WE DONT DRIVE THEIR CARS THERE, THEY DO!!!!

WHY DO YOU THINK THEY CALL IT "FAST FOOD"??? UNHEALTHY AND FAST, NEED TO PUT LOTS OF THINGS IN THE FOOD TO PROCESS IT. THATS UNHEALTHY.
