my ex tells me that all the time too. He used to say Godbless but now he uses take care, almost all the time when the conversation is finished. Your take care could mean he wants you back and is missing you, but he could also mean he just wants you to be okay is all. Mine could mean the same thing. I don't know...All I know is words can easily be misinterpreted and the only one who really knows is the person who said them.

It's POSSIBLE that he's just be cordial....but whenever I say "take care" , it's because I care about that person, and I want them to know that I do. Telling someone to "take care" is like saying, "I'm concerned that you are safe until we meet again. I'll be thinking about you, and the next time I see you, I'll ask you how you're doing".

Soo....................It's possible he still loves her. As far as kissing and making up? Give him that long, akward stare and see if he takes the bait..

It shouldn't mean anything. You're trying to read something into it.

If YOU still love the guy, then tell him how you feel and find out directly. Don't be afraid. What's to be afraid of? You feel how you feel and you are who you are. Hopefully (if you still like him) the guy recognizes you. If he doesn't, then he's not worth your time.

Anyways, I would say "take care" means nothing more than "take care"

When i did those things to my ex-girls cared about them.I said, to "be careful, and be safe" throughtout your life and "don't make stupid decisions". But i only wanted to stay good freinds with them.

No, those words should not be taking lightly. Those a special words, not meant to be just thrown out there! People seem so confused to me. Its sad.

Depending on how the relationship ended, it could be interpreted negatively.

I find it a bit creepy.
