You can get medication to help u that is crap whoever told u that.If u need to be on medication for depression then maybe go see a doctor on your own.Try and think of how badly off other people are,and about little kids that have no house are beaten, sometimes it takes the importance of ourselves.Look for something like an old peoples home,go visit them, there are thousands of people that have no-one out there, help.I think everyone gets depressed from time to time, but sometimes we need medication for a short while to help us through.I hope u have someone u can talk to.

Read this whole page including last sentence about depression. But this will teach you about yourself and how you can be happy. Psychologists are not MDs like psychiatrists so that is why former cannot give you drugs which I do not reccommend.

You have the benefit of a professional opinion. See a psychiatrist. If the doctor recommends taking anti-depressants, do it. Clinical depression, if left untreated, can get worse until the entire thinking part of your brain shuts down and you are running on instinct.

If you think you need meds, you need to go to a psychiatrist. They are doctors who can prescribe antidepressants. Talk to your mom and see if she will make an appointment for you.

Go to a psychiatrist. You really need too. I have suffered from depression since I was a teenager and you can beat it but you need help. Please go get some before it's too late.
