lol, um yeah sure.
my grandmother's dog is blind. but he knows where everything in the house is, and gets around great....just don't move something or SMACK!

most dogs develop cataracts, just like humans do as they age. Some caring owners will pay to have the cataracts removed so their dogs can see clearly again. The other dogs just use their superb sense of smell, and a few bumps into things to get around......

My sisters dog is blind, and her other dog takes care of, walks with and guides the blind one "Sunni" So there. Not so funny is it?

well, no they don't. They rely on their cense of smell, taste, and hearing, one of their censes will be much more sensative because their vision is missing.
Some blind dogs, if they do on walks with their owners, are timmid, so it is not often that you'll noticr a blind dog out unless they are alrithg, they love tosniff!

if the dog in question is already a family member, then my answer is yes. if your child lost eye site, wouldn't they have you to assist them? well, a dog deserves the same attention.
