A dimensional error refers to when a manufactured product or technical drawing is produced with incorrect dimensions or is outside tolerances. For example, if a 5.0x5.0 inch square is drawn as a 50x50 inch square, that would be a dimensional error(although most dimensional errors are not this large). Ways to prevent this problem is to use more precise measuring and manufactuing equipment. And to stick to the old saying, "measure twice, cut once".

THE ERROR OCCURS DUE TO THE TWO MAIN REASONS, ONE IS MEASURING ERROR AND ANOTHER ONE IS ERROR DUE TO MACHINE. BOTH CAN BE ELIMINATED BY THE CNC MILLING OPERATION
