it is a slang, means really really bad, disgusting, sickening; the adjective - dolboyobanniy - is rarely used, but the noun - dolboyob - is quite popular among ill-mannered people
Note: never use this word if you don't want to be beaten up.

it's a slang honey...
it could have two meanings, first one could be " super cool" and the second one could mean "bad". You can use it in a reference to a person or action.
