Under the fourth divine institution, the national entity, is the function of the human government. This function includes the concept of a courtroom and the policeman on the beat. In no way is this intended to be derogatory to the law; to the contrary, it is a recognition of the importance of law enforcement, and the proper prosecution of law in the courtroom. However, there came a time in human history when this very important function broke down completely and, of all things, with the only Person who has absolutely perfect in His humanity.

Your thoughts?

local politics played a more important role in the crucifiction of Jesus than any breakdown in law enforcement. Jewish leaders jealous of his popularity put him to death

When given the choice between Barabas and Jesus, a group of theists set Barabas free.

You can come back to me and say they were Jews or that was the Romans or whatever,

I'm an atheist, a group of theists prefered to set a murder free to the "absolutely perfect" human.

But heh thanks for trying.
Good luck, I'm thinking all the Christians will agree and all the non-Christians will disagree.

All break down of society can be attributed to the evil forces. People have choices. When people choose to live for their own selfish ways, and the ways of the world, this will happen. If people take up their cross and follow Christ, live and walk in the Spirit, submit to God, you will have peace, law and order.
