Do not share personal care items that might have blood on them (razors, toothbrushes).
Consider the risks if you are thinking about getting a tattoo or body piercing. You might get infected if the tools have someone else's blood on them or if the artist or piercer does not follow good health practices.
If you are a health care or public safety worker, get vaccinated against hepatitis B, and always follow routine barrier precautions and safely handle needles and other sharps.

hepatitis means inflamation of liver.the main symptoms are:1)mild type of fever;2)cold and flu type symptoms;3)indication of jaundice;4)severe weakness;5)loss of appetite,vomiting sensation.there are vaccines which can prevent hepatitis b.

Hepatitis B are aquired through blood to blood contact... compared to hepatitis A this is aquired through contaminated foods.. Signs and symptoms includes jaundice of the sclera and skin(Yellow discoloration of eyes), nausea and vomiting may be present, hepatomegaly can be shown through diagnostic findings.. Prevention is that dont share needles! If you want to try tatoo forget it, you can aquire it through that and through sexual intercourse with som1 having the disease. Please be cautious always...

Nowadays you can go for a vaccination at your GP.
The vaccination combine both Hep A and B and is supposed to protect you from infection.
At this point there is no available vaccination for Hep C yet.
