Absolutely. Especially if the woman has a smaller vagina. A lot of people don't consider that some of us ladies are a bit petite down there, and a massive erection is going to seriously hurt!

if you're concerned about the physical size being sufficiently great, 4" in length is likely adequate; from a biological perspective, that should fully penetrate the vaginal canal
