Be happy, I am 6' 10" and it is no fun. Gravity plays hell on my body because I am heavier. Look around you. See the healthy 80+ guys? How many of them are over 6' tall? Not many. Smaller framed guys live longer, less gravity to battle over their lives for the most part less pain too. Count your blessings and have a wonderful life. There were plenty of shorter ladies I would have loved to love, but they were afraid of the giant.

Sorry...most likely will not happen. Learn to work with what you have and be happy about it. It's only a detriment if you allow it to be.

play basket ball... do half squat jumps.. hang on a chin-up bar.. anything that makes you reach high up, literally
