The inability to have and/or maintain and erection is usually caused by one of two things: 1. blood pressure 2. psychological disturbance High blood pressure may be a significant factor in your case, and if you do not want to take medication for it, the simple answer is lots of barefoot walking or running. This stimulates your circulatory system much like reflexology does (only a lot better) and can usually reflect in better bodily control and better sexual ability. Psychology can include stresses and guilts, depression and other disturbances. If you are under any of these pressures of any kind, find a way to get over it. Your wife, if she loves you, will not leave you because of a problem like this. If she does, then she does not love you at all.

Well, women have parts of their bodies that do become engorged with blood the same as a man's penis in erection. Those parts are the nipples and clitoris. The clitoris acts as a miniature penis. The inside of the vaginal walls also swell with a woman's sexual excitement.

Men, on the other hand often drip with semen when they are sexually excited. Biologically, the purpose appears to be to provide so lubrication to enable entrance to the vagina.

If you are dry, try K-Y.

Actually they can, men can get wet (it's called pre-c*m). Women can get somewhat of erections, when they are turned on clits get hard (that's our version of the erection).

Don't ask. One time I was trying out for the cheerleading squad at West Jefferson High School, and my outfit was a little too big. I flipped right out of it and was naked, (except for my panties and shoes and socks), in front of the whole student body during an in-school football game. (You really don't want to know.) My top was showing-

A womans clit can become engorged like a penis if she is turned on. A mans penis tip does secrete a ton of clear "wetness" if the foreplay {kissing, caressing, dry humping) lasts for awhile.
