I love you is nice and simple...but I think if you truly love someone you should tell them by saying something about them... for example, _____(name)____, I love you, I know this because everyday that I am with you, you make me smile. You are an amazing person your sweet, kind, and loving and that's what makes me love you and I cannot express to you how happy I am to have found someone whom I can love so deeply, I hope you feel the same.
Basically, you want to let the person know why you love her, and what makes you fall in love with them everyday...and how they make you happy even with the simplest gestures and etc. This way they will see that you are sincere and do truly care about the girl.

it really comes down to how u feel about her when she's around; when she's not around; about her as a person; things or qualities about her which make u love her more and more..... but really it comes down to what ur heart wants to verbally express.... and a good way to express these feelings is by writing poetry or even singing a love song to her or however u want to express it.
If u love her, say it or express it with all ur heart like u really mean it~!!

I had the same problem like you,just do what I'm saying:
go out with her and when you're walking with each other just tell her that you love her if you can't tell her like that it's better to tell her indirectly,by buying her something,I hope you will be lucky.
