i have smally ones..is that a problem...should i be concerned

If it really scares you, try to go to a Board Certified Urologist that you can get a referral from who felt comfortable with them.

No testicle size doesn't matter. It's usually covered by hair anyway... if you are young and it isn't yet well give it time ok?
