Why arent Jewish ppl allowed to eat pork?

Jewish people are not allowed to eat pork as pigs are scavengers. The lord has made scavengers on this Earth to clean up the messes. These natural scavengers have the ability to clean up the environment. There are fishes, birds, animals and bacteria at the microscopic levels who all pay a role in scavenging and cleaning up the filth and the dirt. Pigs are one of those animals.

We are affected by what we eat ultimtely. THAT is why Jews (and Muslims) are not allowed to eat any animals that is a scavenger. They are not allowed to eat or drink blood for the same reason, as animals that drink blood are ferocious, whereas man has been created to be balanced. The ferocious animals have a purpose in the scheme of things, nevertheless.

This is a very simple question with a very simple answer. The reason why we are not allowed to eat pork is because got commanded us to eat only kosher food which has two requirements in an animal:

1) The animal must have split hooves

2) It must chew its cud (something like they swallow the food - it comes back up and they chew it again)

We don't know why G-d instructed us to do that but that doesn't matter. We do it simply because he told us to. We don't question G-d.

So the simple answer to your question is that the reason why Jews don't eat pork is because G-d commanded the Jews to only eat kosher and pork is not kosher!

Much the same question as why they can and can't eat other animals - and also why they perform circumcision.

I don't think the Torah mentions pigs specifically, but as time went by what they could and could not eat changed also - I'd suggest for health reasons. Much the same as any desert religion includes circumcision. Circumcision fyi, is a really good idea when you are pissing into wind full of sand. Keeping the foreskin leads to irritation and infection in these sandy environments. As for pigs they are disgusting animals - wouldn't you blame them for your pestilence?

It was forbidden in the Law of Moses. Back when the Law was given, pork was quite dangerous to eat because of lack of refrigeration and modern food cleansing practices. Now, of course, all people, Jew and Gentile alike, can have freedom from the Law through Jesus Christ.

The scientific explanation is this. Pigs do not have temperature controling system like other animals. When a pig is left alone in hot climaes like Arabia and Israel they need to bathe every 30 minutes. Or they die of uncontrolled temperature(incurable high fever). As many pigs died like it and dead animals are not eaten Arabs and Jews thought it was an impure animal.
