OK, yes I do feel guilty and like I'm being watched. It was in my upbringing. I held hands with a boy once at a baseball game when I was 15. Mom was told a big lie about me and this boy doing more and I got the second worst beating of my life. It taught me that you don't show affection or you get very negative repercussions. So needless to say sex is always a bad thing to me. My husband doesn't understand, of course, which has made for a very long and basically unhappy 22 years of marriage. It made me feel a little better to see this question here because all my life I thought I was the only one who felt this way. Thanks and good luck to both of us!

Being raised Catholic you know you should not have sex before marriage. Also the setting is probably all wrong. You are waiting for the man that can make you forget everything around you while loving you to the fullest.

No , I never feel guilty, but then I don't do anything to feel guilty about. It would help to see what exactly it is that makes you feel guilty. Is it that you or your sexual partner is cheating on another, are you having a promiscuous lifestyle, that goes against what you have been taught as a youth? Are you doing anything, that would be considered to be illegal ar go against the morals of our society?
Think about what it is exactly that makes you feel bad and talk about it to a good friend with good sense, that might help.

Without reading the rest of your question, I knew you had been raised Catholic..seems to be a common thread in that religion. Enjoy the guilt, make it part of the sexual scene...there will come a time when it will burn out and you will spend 6 months finding a new game to play. Good luck

If your catholic then just go repent and do your hail mary's and your all good!!!As long as your an adult and ain't hurting nobody then stop feeling guilty...yes i have felt guilty before too after having sex...i think it's normal sometimes..but don't carry the guilt around give it to god...that's what confessions for!!
I totally understand because it's considered "BAD" why you'd feel guilty..but god understands..he knows that were humans and inperfect thats why he sent jesus...cause he knew we couldn't behave ourselves and we're always going to fall short...it's cause we're human....
Stop feeling guilty..or if it makes u feel that guilty then stop having sex!See problem solved!!

You need to give more information. Age?? Are you having sex with consenting adults?? Married? Involved?? Some guilt is earned, but I don't do things that I know I'll feel guilty about. Give more info, and I'll see if I can help.

yours is a rare case. i have not heard about this where people feel guilty about having sex. you need not worry about that, the guilt or the shyness that you have right now, you will gradually over come that. There is no point of feeling guilty when you know you are doing something that is absolutely right.

When you have sex with your married spouse, there is no feeling of guilty.
Because your conscience is telling you, that sex outside marriage is wrong.
If you are married and still feel guilty when you make love to your spouse, then perhaps you have an unresolved past traumas/experience (abuse, etc.)

Making love to a girl that is not your wife is a sin.. and it's not healthy.
It lowers you to the level of animals, and there's where you feel guilty.
Guiltiness should make you ask, and you did.
The next step is asking your Lord for forgiveness, and next time never make love except with your wife.
