people are of all sizes, colors, choices, and make all kinds of fashion statements,
IF you , or the person you have in mind are the person wearing speedos,
if it is shocking, and you want to create shock..go for itl
if it is sexy and that is the theme of the day,,,,,,,,,,,go for it
if you want to wear speedos, go ahead, just dont wear them to a wedding or a funeral, or skydiving.
