Being an Indian, I feel happiness is the memorable moments you spend with your family, friends and the people whom you love the most. The joy of happiness is experienced when you share something with others, hold someone's hand and be there to help them when they are in trouble, share your happiness with everyone. I feel that happiness does not lie in temporary things which saty with us for only some time and are of material value. Real value should be given to a person's heart, character, values and ethics.

I believe happiness is unrealistic...IN MY CASE.
What I strive for is contentment. During periods of mental stability, it's the little things...going for a bike-ride, being able to laugh. I don't ask for much. I accept the limits of my disability, but when what I do have is robbed again and again, I begin to wonder if the whole contentment thing is real or part of a joke...a tease; false hope to another achievement I won't achieve.
