Okay - one, EWWWWW!!!!! two - You should use google or yahoo to see if they do. Maybe you could get scientists to figure it out - I don't think they've ever tested if scabs have nutritonal value before. But then again, maybe you should get the gov't involved so they can prove how stupid they are by spending millions and billions of our tax dollars on a research study.

Are you talking the crusty dried blood or someone who crosses a picket line, because the latter would make for some good eatin' and I imagine would be loaded with nutrition.

When I was in 6th grade Mike Asher used to eat his scabs! EWWW!

But I would say, ounce per ounce probably as much nutritional value as boogers!
