I enjoy fresh Belgian chocolates myself.

There are many good chocolate makers worldwide. Favorites, Swiss (for cleanest flavors), Dutch (for baking), Italian (for aged flavors), Mexican (for hot cocoa), and Belgian (for texture)...

The list goes on! Mmmmmmmmmmm Chocolate!
