Well there are lots of ways... if your girlfriend is a romantic then try the meal for two and get down on one knee or if you're going to proposeat Christmas, you can get a bauble thhat is really a ring box.
If she likes the whole big stuff, you can get an aeroplane that will spell it out. If she likes sports alot then get the anouncer to put the camera on you.
Think of her hobbies and play on that. Oh and Congratulations! :)
SORRY I JUST THOUGHT - IF YOU HAVEN'T BOUGHT THE RING YET, TAKE ER TO A FANCY JEWELLERY SHOP AT NIGHT TIME, AND TELL HER TO PICK WATEVER RING SHE WANTS. I forgot what film that was off.

Do something incredibly romantic. I have seen so many cool ways to ask a woman to marry you. Have it written on a field in huge letters and take her flying. Have an band sing it to her. Dress up in a tuxedo and hire a marching band and march up to her house. Have a party and invite everyone you know and in the middle stand up and get everyone attention proclaim your love and get down on one knee. Make it an event, that you can tell your grandchildren about. I regret that I did not do anything special. Of course only do the public thing if your sure she will say yes, it would be terribly embarrassing for both of you if she says no.

Either go to a Chinese restaurant or if you want a more personal dinner take it to go and set up the house with candles and all that fun jazz. There is a company that allows you to make your own messages in fortune cookies. In the message in the cookie "Your life will be filled with happiness and love."
-Her Name- Will you marry me?
And then you know how fortune cookies always have the lucky numbers. Put the date that you are going to ask her. But as she is reading the fortune you get down on one knee with the ring awaiting. As she looks at you say, " I love you, will you mary me?" That would be really nice. Of course that is if you like Chinese...lol

The best way is to surprise her. A very good way of doing that is acting like your helping a co-worker or friend (you may even want the friend in on it) in proposing to there girlfriend. Ask her what ring she'd pick, where she'd go if it was her...but keep in mind your making her think that its for someone else that your helping.
Turn around and use that ring that she picked out, that spot. I guarantee you that she'll remember it blissfully.

get the biggest diamond you can afford, take her to her favourite restaurant, buy her the best meal and wine. On the way home, stop and take a de tour to a quiet spot, and tell her how much you love her and then do the usual, knee, gaze and propose. Bob's your mother's brother, she'll say yeah and you'll live happily ever after!

First give it lots and lots of thought. By this I mean take your time before you rush into a marriage. There are many responsibilities. Just being in love Ain't going to get it. You certainly cannot just have sex all day and all night (though you might at first).
Then after you have given it a lot of thought...think about it some more.

If shes in luv with u then directly ask her, if she is not in luv with u then ask her indirectly that what would she do if she wanted to marry someone but was scared to ask him & then u do it the same way & i bet on it that she wont say no . take care and good luck

wow. um... well..... Take her out on a fabulous date where youre closest friends and family are in the same restraunt etc.... then when you have dessert .. give a clue to someone to get attention towards u two. get on one knee and Pop the question!
