I get all my daily requirements for fresh fruit and vegetables with two simple shakes I put in my blender:
In the morning:
I yogurt (w/fruit on the bottom)
I cup of low or non-fat milk
1 banana
ice
Then for midday:
1 to 1/2 cups of orange juice w/calcium
handful of peeled baby carrots
1 banana
handful of washed spinach leaves
ice
You can add a spoonful of fiber if you want to. My skin looks better (I glow), I feel better, and it has done wonders for my waistline. They are very filling and very tasty...and I seldom feel hungry...and the best part is...they are so easy.
I stick to healthy snacks when I get a case of the munchies (dried fruit, nuts, etc.)...and on the weekends I eat whatever I want. You can't believe what a difference this has made for me!

I eat 3 servings of mangoes, 4 servings of fruit sherbet from Jamba Juice (Banana Berry), orange juice with clorophyl and aloe.
Vegetables I eat potatoe medly fresh potatoes, carrots, peapods, or tomatoes onions green beans and carrots at least 3 servings per day.
I have to eat these or else i dont get any nutrition. I cant digest most foods except fruits and vegies and some dairy and chicken. With

I eat about 7-8 fruits and veggies a day. Okay so its mostly fruit and some days only fruit. What can I say? I love fruit. I limit meat intake to once a day, twice if its a special occasion. So my diet is mostly grains, fruits, and veggies.

That is a very Objective question.
Me, I prefer as many as I can find honey.
Blonde & Blue eyes; well hung fruit are my favorite!
I try to eat them at least 3x a day, Morning, noon & Nightime2
