Let me tell you about the Mexicans in my neighborhood. They are mostly peaceful and hardworking, but as in any race or nationality there are goods and bad. In the case of my neighborhood, we get along fine too, but they have tendencies that could be annoying, for example the tendency to have multiple families under one roof, multiple cars park all over their drive ways, old engines sitting in their driveways, odd house colors, extremely loud music on the week ends, this could drive your properly value down. If you are a construction contractor, they could represent a threat to your business since they underbid every job in this area, but they can also represent a good investment since their hourly rate is way below a legal American. Otherwise they appear to be peaceful, as long as you don't go to a Mexican party and mess with one of them when they are drunk, since they all believe they are professional boxers.
The Mexicans are hard working people and with mostly excellent family values and they are just like any other race of people.

Where I live the Caucasians seem to have a problem with Hispanics, but don't say anything to your face about it. It is difficult to know who is illegal, but the Hispanics (mostly Mexican) don't make any trouble. I live in the most concentrated part of my city that has Hispanics.

1) at the park they let their kids play -no problem
2) at the supermarket they buy food with cash -no problem
3) at the car wash, they usually wash their own cars (not the automatic ones, then they dry them -no problem
4) they either eat or work at restaurants -no problem by any means, restaurant going Americans would be upset if they went to a restaurant and the cooks were all gone!

We can get along if Americans can get over their prejudices.

This is true . The big thing about illegal immigration is not the jobs , that B.S. Its the health care, when an immigrant gets hurt , and has to go to the E.R. they get CT scans which are 5grand a pop . Also just going to the hospital if nada is wrong with you is close to a grand in its self. US tax dollars pay for that , when I worked in SoCal at a hospital near Chula Vista , we had hundreds of immigrants come in a day , with no insurance . Add up the dollars and you got some major cash

They should go home! They park the 3 broken down cars they own on the lawn, they drink corona and smoke bud all day. They fit 19 different families into one small cockroach infested house and all their kids run around half naked. If you don't have your property locked up they see it as fair game. Ever watch that episode of Carlos Mencia? See he is mexican and he knows how it is. As far as the car wash goes, they are the only people that work them anymore, just make sure you don't have anything of value in your car when you take it to be washed.....well maybe not even of value, make sure you don't have any loose change lying around, cause it won't be after they detail the inside.

Where they concentrate illegals do a great deal of damage to the school systems in our neighborhood. The reason there are immigration limits on poor immigrants is that our schools are paid for by those who are not poor for those who are, and are sized to take a certain number of people. Illegal immigrants in our border states and most areas where they concentrate tend to be poor. They drain services, particularly when you take into account ESL services which are very expensive. They crowd already overcrowded schools. Our own children's education in these areas has been greatly damaged.

Just because people don't swear in their faces, partly because they don't know which ones are illegal, doesn't mean they aren't hurting their neighbors.

Figure out how many are in your school, and the impact to your school if it had that many less kids needing expensive ESL programs, and you can answer your own question on the impact.

This is suppose to be an alien nation yet we treat immigrants like an infestation. Most of them jsut wana work do the dirty jobs that other races dont wana do raise a family get thier kids an education and be a contributing member of society. In 2020 minorities will be 50 percent of the population. And most of those people arent immigrants. They are the sons and daughters who were born and raised here and are as american as apple pie with a slight twist. We get along fine as people where I live but there is a lot of competition for jobs which causes some distress if you happen to be between jobs.
