unsmoked....i love bacon, sausage, egg, hash browns, beans and fried bread....god I've made myself really hungry now and all I've got in the fridge is some crappy yogurts!

Why dont you buy a fresh bagel and have unsmoked on the bottom bit layer of cheese and brown sauce and smoked on the top with an egg to finish it off mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm might get some bacon myself now thanks.

Unsmoked and cooked properly in fat in a frying pan with tomatoes. Damn the cholesterol.
