If you mean compliment you, you simply smile and say "thank you". It is not necessary to compliment that person back right at the moment, unless you are being completely sincere. Being able to accept a compliment is more difficult than giving a compliment. So, just be happy about it.

Praise is hard for some to take.
Saying thank you is the simplest way to acknowledge the praise both for yourself and the person giving it.

Smile and thank the person.
I tend to re-compliment them but many don't take it seriously despite the fact that I do mean my words.
If the person looks like a loser or playa, I merely smile.

I always say, "I know... I'm wonderful... send money." Then a little laugh. This is most effective is said in a bit of a monotone.
