Are they having too much of it at home and need to distract from it, or not enough and are bored...? What's the gain? I just don't get it.

Iran is developing nuclear weapons so they can attack Israel. The world is attempting to appease them in an attempt to disaude them. Iran is playing for time, and isn't going to be appeased.
North Korea sees this appeasment attempt, and wants some too. They think that if the world is going to give Iran all of this stuff (light-water reactor, financial incentives, etc.), then they should be able to get a similar deal.
Appeasment doesn't work, and we need to stop trying to make it work.

Iran has not decided to make nuclear weapon but Iran is operating for only energy you will arrive and understand it in near future

Iran because they are threatening/trying to intimidate Israel. North Korea just nuts and doesn't care.... I mean look, just check out their dictator and u can understand...

Because they think they can get away with it, USA is busy in other places & they are gambling they can win. Boy, they would be fun to watch in casino. Big gamblers always are, but I have never seen one go home a winner.
