No doubt that Dora is also made not by an American animation studio but by one in a developing country like the Philippines where Disney and other animation companies are making cartoons and paying next to nothing to the animators for their work. Disney just closed one of their studio's here in Australia just so they can exploit cheap labor in the Philippines.
