in discovery channel yeaterday ,i saw in the "future perfect" episode that after 100 million years a lot of changes would come on the earth surface.and because of that new life forms will form and will evolve.there won't be a sign of human life on earth.either they would become so advanced by then that they would make another planet there home or they would be wiped out of earth.they said that by 100 million years the tortoise would evolove into tynatorns.whoch would be much bigger that the dinusaurs!! they even said that the portugese man of war would become the biggest creature on the sea.a small sea slug would become about 100 times larger.and would have special abilities.an octopus would be capable of living on the land for about 4 days!! then a small fish(i forgot it name) would be capable of giving shocks with are more that 1000 volts.and it would become so huge that it would gulp the octupus in one go.do u think that this could happen??????????

all these theories are based upon evolution.and evolution is based mainly on Darwin's theory of natural selection(cause that is the only one theory which comes close to explaining mans origin).how ever Darwin's theory is still a matter of debate among scientists.though many are ready to accept it scientists feel that Darwin's theory asks lot more questions than it answers.it suffers serious discrepancies.like as to what triggered natural selection??y is it that nature is biased and other such questions like this.all of mans prediction as to how he will be after a million years are speculations based on theories of evolution.since these theory are not yet proved these speculations will fail(if a building is built on a shaky foundation it will collapse!!!!the scenario here is also the same)as mans predictions are based on these theories which are not yet proved his predictions which are based on these theories will also fail!!!until we have credible evidence as to how man originated we have no way of knowing how we will be after 100 million years
but theres a second option.wait and see what happens after 100 million years!!!!!!but that would be impossible.apart from the fact that we would be long dead before that long a period all the energy source on earth will have been extinguished!!!!!!so until man discovers alternate source of energy and colonizes another planet theres no way of knowing what the future holds

Living things flourish and die. This world will come to an end. There is no need for panic for what is natural. We will die someday, is it any reason for panic attack? Don't worry about things that we cannot control.

it's just a theory... they just show how the theory works... like the dinosaurs, no one knows what color or what it the structure but they made theories on their physical structure just on thier environment and their evolution that they say evolved to the animals todays.
