People living in the US and don't speak english mostly don't know the structure of their own language.

My my... where does that leave the Americans? Half of them can't construct a proper sentence, let alone spell.
To assume that those who don't speak English don't know the structure of their own language is a wild assumption.

Well english sint the official lanaguge of the US.besides most young immigrants come here to get an education...And yes YOUNG ones...they should have chance.. Most peopel dotn understand that in other countries it cost money to go to school and books and school supplies. Its not free like it is here. They dont have those oppurtunities that we take for granted. Most are too poor to even consider going to school. So no... no screening its rediculuose

In Texas we do for the most part as well as offer esl classes the "illegals" usually test higher than the Americans.
