my mum is sick and needs more iron in her blood

mum has got iron tablets but they too make her sick.and she eats healty.

Simple answer, Guinness dose have iron init, but me recomend takin yer mam t the doctor so she can get proppur help insted of us nuggits.

Yes It does, but I would rather take a tablet, blaaaaa.
Try a good Iron and B complex from your Pharmacy.
I take FAB its really good

That's the rumor, but she should try eating more red meat and healthy foods if she is sick. There are lots of ways alcohol can make you sicker.
