If you feel strongly that you need to tell them then yes. If not then why upset anyone over something that they don't have to know. If you do tell them and they lecture you, then just explain how you accept their beliefs and don't expect them to feel the way you do, you would appreciate they show the same respect for you.

I would just keep it quietly to yourself. If it becomes an issue in the future ... like you wanting to have a non-church wedding or something ... then you'll need to deal with it.

But, for the time being, it's nothing that you need to declare to the world.

And while I agree with your choice of "faith", you may change your mind later.
