Or you can just stop obsessing over shallow things. You're only eleven; get a life.

I do think some of the respond is a little too hush ... so what is the person asking the question is only 11 and want to lose weight? Haven't we all been young once? Give the person a break.

Anyway back to the question. Beside exercising (which is the best way) eatiing correct is also important. Check up this article on eating right - Eating Certain Foods Help You to Lose Weight.

~My god, at 11 you've already got one foot in the grave you poor thing. Most of your life is behind you already. But have faith. Through the miracles of modern medicine, people are living into their 20's and even 30's. I heard of someone actually turning 40, if you can believe that.

Listen, drama queen, if you want to lose weight, exercise, eat less junk food, try a regular diet with regular meals and regular times, get away from the computer and go outside and play. Stop wasting time feeling sorry for yourself. You forgot to mention if you were overweight, by the way. If you are, most kids get that way from chips and twinkies and being too lazy to walk around the block if a video game, tv or computer gets in the way. Try balanced meals with veggies instead of candy, milk, water or fruit juice instead of soda, and baked potatoes instead of pizza. If all else fails, have your mother or father take you to a doctor, and do what your told. Most weight gain is self-induced. Weight loss is not hard, if you really want to lose it. And if you have weight you need to or should lose.

It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic). You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

If you feel that you are obese, ask your phys-ed teacher to help you find some exercise or sport activity to help you lead a more active lifestyle.

If you ask someone who is familiar with your risk of obesity, and they tell you that you are not obese, then chances are that you are too image obsessed, and not actually as overweight as you believe. In that case, please ask your parents or other adults in your life to help you determine what a realistic weight is for you.

eat till you are not hungry anymore not till you ar full. dont throwup your food and dont worry about being super skinny. some skinny people look like skelotons and looks gross. my girlfrriend is 5.4ft tall and 140pounds and she looks fine(hot) not fat at all and she is an 36a. if you are targetig a light weight 115-140 is normal. your only 11 so you got plenty of time to grow try not to worry.

Your life is passing away? WTF? You're 11...you're life has barely begun. Unless you're ACTUALLY overweight then I wouldn't worry about it. If you ARE then I suggest you eat right and exercise and see a doctor.
