I don't like to look at fat people, or be around them (they smell bad). The skinnier the better I say!

Ask your Mom or Dad to take you to your doctor or a nutrition specialist and tell them you want to gain weight. Weight can come from adding muscle, fat or a variety of other things. You want to gain weight the right way. A crappy diet or just getting lazy can be a real health issue in the future. You want to do it right for your own health. So definitely get a professional opinion.

Your at the age where there will be changes happening soon and fast. East properly. Are you a boy? Some boys are in highschool before the sprout up, and sometimes it can be pretty dramatic in a short period of time. What about your relatives? Are they generally shorter or skinnier than average. Heredity is something you're stuck with.

The healthiest way to gain weight is probably to work out more often and build some muscle weight. That way... you're not gaining excess fat but also gaining weight.

How tall are you?
Do you have a thyroid problem, if you are seriously
underweight you might want to get checked for
Hyperthyroidism...and parasites.
Here are some good things to eat
You need protien first and foremost
coupled with fat. Yes fat it is good for you
as long as it is natural and not man made.
try eating these things-but please get tested
to make sure.
1. Eggs
2. Whole Milk
3. Red meat
4. Liver
5. Whole milk yogurt
6. Soaked grains and pastas
7. Extravirgin coconut oil/Olive oil
8. Make sure you get salt( sea salt, be liberal with it )
Please get yourself tested as well.
Unless you are uniquely short that is
a bit small.

ur matabalisms is just fast dont worry if you eat alot and you matabalism slows down then u will be FAT!!so just eat normal and be happy u have such a low weight but if u want to gain weight work out

You might still be growing, make sure that you get all the nutrients you need and enough calories and eventually you'll probably gain weight naturally.

Well all the fit girls want to be about 120. Ya know, too skinny isn't nice. Well it's ok if the girl's fit too. A boy's gotta have something play with.

Don't worry too much. As you grow older, you're metabolism slows down and you'll see pounds rolling in.
