Sounds like he is insecure and don't trust her, how pathetic of him. I am a substitute and I have the same problem, but I handle it professionally, it is stupid for her to quit

She is one controlled woman...Anyway what is your question?...Sounds like that is a question she should ask?....No personally i dont think she should quit...I mean if she is attractive I am sure she and her fiancee know that others would be attracted to her...What country are you in...Afghanistan??????
But here in USA there was a publised relationship between a student and teacher in which she got pregnant by the 13 year old boy. The husband forbid them to see eachother etc etc
I have also had crushes on my teachers Ahhhhh Mrs. Levin...Geeez she was fine I was 16 she was 29 I asked her out yes I was bold..I wanted to "Do" her badly. she declined...said she was getting married...continued to teach....I remained in the same class dreaming of her beautiful body. I wonder where she is now she would be around 49

She should only quit if SHE wants to quit and feel uncomfortable with the crushes. If no children are touching her or saying inappropriate things, she may just dismiss/ignore the crushes. Teachers encounter this problem often, and professionals know how to deal with it. However, if her ability to do her job well is compromised by their behavior, she may want to consider switching grade levels, classrooms, or teaching assignments, but not necessarily leaving the teaching profession.
