Two questions:
1. Do you love her?
2. Do you trust her?
If you answered yes to both of these, then do it. If you answered yes to number 1, you'd better do it for your own safety. If you answered no to 1 or 2, what are you thinking???? RUN!!!!

No, unless she's a professional and she knows what she's doing.
But I agree with the people above me : it doesn't sound like it would look good.
Have her try the highlights on a wig first and if it looks good on the wig, let her do your hair.

uhhhh... DUDE?! Use a shaver with a #4 setting and you'll never have this worry again. And you'll never have to pay for another haircut. You're not a barbie doll, you're a GUY.
